By There is a very interesting thread on the Google App Engine Developers list about applications suddenly getting blocked for apparently no reason in China:
Hopefully it turns out that this is some technical problem in China with DNS, and not censorship.

I am here in China. It's really the pain in the neck.
We can't access to the applications sometimes cuase the DNS problem.
Do you have any suggestion to resolve it. I appreciate. If you got one ,just email me.
